I was able to work with Michael 9 years ago. I was 25 yrs. old and realtors were not taking me seriously. I remember going to a famous realtor in Gilroy and she basically told me to save more money if I wanted to work with her. I remember googling for a realtor and found Michael Perez as I was searching for another Michael. That was probably my luckiest moment. Michael took me seriously from day 1. He helped me find a home that I would be able to live in and helped me make a smart investment. About Michael Perez
My name is Michael Perez,I was born and raised in San Jose but now live in Santa Rosa, California. I am very knowledgeable about the many different areas of San Jose and Santa Rosa.
I became a realtor because I enjoy working with people, and helping them buy or sell a home. I know that buying or selling a home is exciting, but also comes with many changes. I am hardworking, flexible and have a positive attitude. I will work with you every step of the way to make sure you are informed and comfortable with the buying or selling process.
